Unified League

Flag Football is one of our newer sports and is fast becoming one of the most popular sports. Flag Football consists of unified team play and individual skills competition. Unified teams bring athletes with and without intellectual disabilities together on the same team. Individual Skills competition is for those athletes who are learning the basic skills of the game.

Touchdown for Tots

Designed for beginners, ages 4 - 5, to learn basic football fundamentals. Each week consists of warm-ups, small drills, and fun mini-games. Athletes learn important aspects of football including positions, handoffs, catching, and more. Practicing new traits each week to ensure kids stay engaged.

Touchdown for Tots is a six-week football program for beginners ages 4–5 that teaches basic football fundamentals and good sportsmanship. The program is offered by the NFL and includes:

Warm-ups
Small drills
Mini-games
Scrimmages
Character traits like teamwork, encouragement, fairness, helpfulness, and respect

Co-ed League

Serving youth athletes ages 4 to 17 years old across the country. NFL FLAG leagues are no contact, giving boys and girls of all abilities a chance to develop their fundamental football skills in a positive, inclusive environment.

Made of three divisions:
Lombardi Division (6U and younger): kinder-garden to first grade
Shula Division (8U and younger): second & third grade
Madden Division (9U and older): fourth to ninth grade
