Chief Operations Officer:
Renae Nottage oversees all aspects of the Dolphins Flag Football League. With a passion for youth sports and a deep commitment to community building, Renae ensures the league runs smoothly from registration through championship games. From organizing schedules to supporting coaches and referees, Renae is your go-to for all league-related questions.
Responsibilities:
• Oversees league operations, schedules, and logistics
• Manages communications between teams, coaches, and families
• Ensures compliance with NFL Flag guidelines and safety protocols
